From Idea to Shipping Small Tools

Most of my projects start with a very specific problem.

I begin with a quick MVP, focus on one strong user flow, and then iterate after real usage.

My usual order is:

1. define one clear outcome,
2. build the smallest version that works,
3. improve reliability and UX,
4. document enough so future updates are easy.

This process keeps momentum high and helps me ship useful software consistently.
